Pirates Cove Mini-golf event

Janice,

This is a letter to express our thanks to Royal Pin Leisure Centers for helping us with our fundraiser at Pirates’ Cove Miniature Golf the other weekend. Our inaugural Dayspring Mini-Golf Classic benefitting the homeless families with children at Dayspring Center was a smashing success. The layout at Pirates’ Cove is just perfect for large events such as this. Many of our participants commented on how well-kept the course was and the cleanliness of Pirates’ Cove in general. Most importantly, everyone had a great time out there!

Jeremy and Christian were extremely friendly and very helpful not only with the set up in the morning but throughout the entire day. With approximately 250 people running through there in a 4-hour period it got a little hectic, but they were both just fantastic to work with.

On a final note, I want to thank you personally for all of your help leading up to this event. You have been so easy to work with and I appreciate that you were attentive to our needs and made sure we weren’t forgetting anything important. I look forward to working with you this fall as we plan our 2nd annual Dayspring Mini-Golf Classic for 2010! Thank you.
