Bonnie was immediately available to ensure that all expectations were met… The holding area showed clear evidence of attention, energy and care with nicely placed decorations, nice red table clothes and Christmas center-pieces. The buffet table was nicely set and strategically placed to accommodate our rather large number of about 100.

Compliments to whomever very nicely refaced your podium for our use.

Impressive were the additional staff of two men, who willingly and readily assisted us with our transport of turkeys into the alley. Their amicable nature and professional courtesy reflects favorably upon them and Western Bowl enterprise. Your pleasant counter manager, Missy, was also very helpful and responsive. Dennis made himself available throughout our function.

The actions of your staff, clearly observed, are candidate for example and therefore worthy of emulation.
