Southern Bowl is ready for an event filled summer. This Bowling Center's schedule is full of new and old family oriented fun. We have new and exciting things for all ages. I know, I know it is summer and you want to be outside ...me too, but sometimes that summer sun can be a little rough. Why not take advantage of an air-conditioned Bowling Center while having a good time. We have numerous Summer Leagues to choice from. Don't you owe yourself some "me" time? A summer league at Southern Bowl is a great way to relax, hang out with friends, make new ones, exercise, practice your skills... there are too many perks to list! Well I bet you might be saying...I have no equipment...I am not very good... no time...STOP RIGHT THERE!!! We have an in center Bowling Pro-shop....Bowling lessons....leagues at different times on different days.. Did I mention the other things you get for joining a summer league. Each game you bowl in league play, you get a game free of open play, each summer league bowler receives a VIP card for discounted bowling that never expires. We also are going to be giving away prizes throughout the whole summer. What more could you ask for?? Not biting... That's OK take your time and think about it...but not to much... Bowl with the Easter Bunny
Saturday April 16th @ 12pm
Parents you don't want to miss out on this....Southern Bowl's Bowl with the Easter Bunny. Your Child will receive 1 hour of bowling fun, their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, an Easter egg hunt, snack, drink, and a special surprise. We have our Shop Chicago League for the ladies, receive shopping money and a train ride to the "Windy City".
For the fellows we have our Chicago Cubs League. Where you receive a ticket to a game, food voucher, and a gas card to get ya there!!

The Spring Survival Tournament
Sunday May 1st @12:00pm (check-in at 11:00am)
Southern Bowl will be hosting this Scratch Tournament. The Tournament will be shot on "The Winding Road" sports pattern. Tournament will start with a three game receive. Top 10 bowlers from qualifer will advance to a one game "Match Play". the five winners from "Match Play"will then go on into a Final "Step Ladder" 1 in 6 will cash. We also will be running sidepots and brackets. We hope to see you there. Bring your equipment and your skills!!

Southern Bowl's Spring Break 2011
I want to thank everyone that joined us for Spring Break this year. I hope you had a good time at our bowling center. We had a blast with our daily games and give-aways. Southern Bowl had everyone participating from our random trivia to dancing. Our coloring contest was a big hit. We will be picking a winner soon. It was nice to see families chose our bowling establishment to share some memorable times. I would have to say my favorite part was seeing people having a great time while bowling and interacting with the staff. Southern Bowl is here to show that bowling can be fun, and that our number one goal is to make sure you have just that. So make sure you join our bowling center next year for Spring Break 2012. I will try my hardest to make it an even bigger success.
Come and Experience the 2-Ball Challenge
Ok this one is for all the experienced bowlers out there. This summer Southern Bowl is going to run this hip new league called The 2-Ball Challenge. It you are competitive and like getting new equipment, this is the league for you. Everyone in this league will receive up front two new performance balls...the Nomad Dagger and the Marvel. Each night of league play every member in the league will be throwing these two balls ONLY!! (you are allow a plastic spare ball). You will also be bowling on a sport pattern. If that is not cool enough... the winner of the league will receive two more new release balls and a two-ball bag. Second place will receive one additional new release ball and a bag. Junior Gold Qualifying League
Junior bowlers don't feel left out. We have something new and competitive for you this summer. Royal Pin is going to have a Summer Junior Gold Qualifying League. What is cool about this league other than it is ran on 4 different sport patterns and you can qualify for Junior Gold(held in Indianapolis 2012). It is going to be a traveling league, Your will get to experience and bowl at all of our centers... Expo Bowl, Western Bowl, Woodland Bowl, and of course Southern Bowl. You will also get an end of the season banquet at Greatimes.
Leagues starts Sunday June 5th at Southern Bowl
