Team Building Update

Here we go again with Beth El Men's League play offs. In game one, Goldsmith and Alboher were tied as their anchors stepped to the line. First Alboher bowled a strike. The Atlas bowled a strike. Then Alboher and Altas both bowled another. On the final ball Alboher got a 9, Atlas rolled another strike to take the game by 1 pin. Unfortunately for Goldsmith, that is where the heroics end. Sachs on just a few hours sleep led Andy and Mel to solid games and Alboher Development pretty much swept the series from then on. So onto the championship goes the #7 seed, Alboher Development.

Even though Mike has a 700 series, he will be taking on Calderon's anchor, A. Atlas who bowled an even higher 700 series in sending Goodman to the consolation match. Can Mike beat Atlas? Will Atlas revenge his son's loss? Come by the alley's next week to see this championship match.

Wow talk about team building in Indianapolis! This league is really running down to the wire.  Good luck to all the bowlers.  You can bet that I will be there to see this match up.

Team Building Indianapolis

Beth El Men's League
What a great team building event for the Beth El League!

They have started their annual end of season tournament and it is off to a great start.

Hal reports the following:

There were close matches and even some upsets. In the Goldsmith #1 vs. Barrington #8 match, Barrington took Goldsmith right to the last game before Atlas and Friedman led Goldsmith to a 70 pin victory. In the Goodman #3 vs. Commercial #6, it took a 10 strike game from Lou Shlensky to win the last game and move Goodman into the next round. Down by 13 pins in totals Alan A. came trough in the clutch to lead Calderon #5 in an upset over Royal #4 by winning the last game by 21 pins taking total and victory. Not only did Alboher #7 upset Labor News #2, but did it in a convincing fashion. In the loser bracket, Leon Tailoring #12 upset D&S Liquors #9 while American Construction #10 didn't let King David Dogs 311 win a game.

This league's tournament format has redefined team building in Indianapolis.

A corporate outing is also a great way to start Team Building

Subject: Thank you so much!! From the Lilly bunch....

Rox and I want to thank you and your staff for all you did to make our year

end party on Friday a tremendous success!! Everyone had a wonderful time and

we'd have to say, this was probably one of the easiest events our planning

committee has ever prepared for!!  We'll definitely keep this in mind for

next year!!  Special thanks also, to Elizabeth who served as our

facilitator... she did an excellent job in keeping everyone on course with

the different activities scheduled and the guy who served as our bartender

who kept up very well with such a large crowd!!  Please extend to them our

gratitude... they also played a large role in the success of our party!

Hope you get through this busy time and are able to settle down to have a

wonderful Holiday Season!!

With sincerest appreciation,
